Q: Is MobiComerce Mobile apps are syncs with Magento Store and how?

A: Yes apps will be completely sync with your online store. As we don't replicate your store data any where, instead apps use your store data itself. To interact with your Store our platform Extension includes extensive APIs which fetch data such as product, categories, payment gateway configuration, orders etc.... from your store and supply to mobile apps. Our Gateway does not sit in between your Mobile apps and your server.

Q: Does My Apps will support 3rd party extensions?

A: No, as default MobiCommerce does not support 3rd party extension. If you are using 3rd party extension or made customization in you store, we have to make customization in your mobile app to integrate these 3rd party extension. We provide customization service, so please contact us and provide us all extension and functionality you want to integrate in your mobile app. Based on provided details we will provide you applicable cost and time frame.

Q: If I change my server or hosting, do I need to buy another license?

A: No, you don’t need to buy another license. we provide the app license on domain name. So unless you don’t change your domain name, the same license and mobile apps will work.

Q: Do you provide source code so that I can change some features myself?

A: Yes do provide source code but that is encrypted format. If you want to change some features, please contact us.

Q: Does MobiCommerce supports multi-store functionality in apps?

A: Yes, MobiCommerce support multi-store (view) functionality for Magento stores. In case of PrestaShop it support multi language only. In Mobile apps user can switch store view/language.

Q: Is MobiCommerce provides white label apps, can i have my own branding (logo, splash, icon)?

Q: Do i need to republish the app if i change translation, banners?

A: No, there is no need to republish the app. You can change the translation or banners of the mobile app and it will be directly reflected on the mobile app.

Q: Does Mobile App supports deep linking?
